Terms of Service
Version 1.0 — Effective 4 March 2026
1.Scope and Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of all Eduriti products, whether accessed individually or collectively. Product-specific provisions are set out in Section 11. In the event of conflict between general terms and a product-specific provision, the product-specific provision governs.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Continued use of any product after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.What Each Product Does
The Eduriti products are AI-native tools that process inputs you provide — documents, presentations, briefs, or SCORM packages — and generate outputs using large language model (LLM) technology.
Each product is a defined, bounded service:
• Eduriti Auditor: Analyses an uploaded SCORM package and generates structured audit reports (Excel, PDF, PowerPoint). • Eduriti Designer: Accepts a course brief or uploaded source material, generates a Design and Content Outline (DCO), and — after your review and payment — generates a multi-format storyboard. • Eduriti Producer: Converts an approved storyboard into a deployable SCORM package. • Eduriti Strategist: Generates investor-ready business plans and sales pipeline tools from structured input. • Eduriti LMS: Provides a learner-facing delivery environment for published courses.
Sample outputs are available at eduriti.com. You are encouraged to review them before purchasing.
3.Purchase, Payment, and Access
All purchases are processed through Razorpay. By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information you have supplied is accurate.
Access to paid outputs is provided via time-limited, secure download links or email delivery to the address you supply at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure this address is correct. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, spam filters, or inbox storage limits.
Download links and stored outputs expire 30 days from generation. After expiry, files are permanently deleted. We do not maintain copies and cannot restore expired outputs. If you require re-generation, a new purchase is required.
4.Refunds and Rejections
We offer refunds only in the following circumstance: a technical failure on our part that prevents output generation and that we are unable to resolve within five (5) business days of your report.
The following are not grounds for a refund: outputs that are complete but do not match your expectations; outputs generated from poor-quality or incomplete input material; user error; failure to download within the expiry window; or subjective assessments of output quality.
To request a refund, contact support@eduriti.com within seven (7) days of the failed transaction. Include your order ID, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the technical failure.
5.Data and Privacy
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: contact and transaction data, input files you upload for processing, and usage logs.
Your uploaded files are not stored after processing is complete. We process your file to generate outputs, then delete it. We do not retain, archive, index, or reuse your uploaded content.
Your input content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. This means your content is transmitted to Anthropic's infrastructure for processing. By using our products, you acknowledge this. We recommend you do not upload content that is confidential, personally identifiable, or subject to regulatory restrictions unless you have verified that such transmission is permissible under your applicable obligations.
We comply with the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and applicable Indian data protection regulations.
6.Intellectual Property
All outputs generated by Eduriti products from your input materials are yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over outputs you generate and pay for.
Eduriti's product architecture, pipeline design, prompt engineering, and methodology are proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or resell the tools themselves.
You warrant that you own or have the right to use any content you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
7.AI Disclaimers and Output Quality
Outputs are generated by large language models and are probabilistic in nature. They may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or content that requires professional review before use.
Outputs are starting points for professional work, not finished deliverables. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and editing all outputs before deploying them to learners, clients, investors, or any other audience.
Eduriti does not guarantee that outputs will meet any specific regulatory, pedagogical, or professional standard. Where compliance with a standard is required — SCORM, WCAG, legal, financial — the responsibility for verification lies with you.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduriti's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Eduriti products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
